EpicScene is operated by its creator. By using EpicScene you agree to these terms.
EpicScene is a web application that generates short-form videos from text topics using AI. It combines AI-generated scripts, images, and voiceovers into videos you can publish to YouTube.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use EpicScene.
One person, one account. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You own the content you create with EpicScene — scripts, images, and videos generated through your account are yours.
By using EpicScene you confirm that:

EpicScene uses third-party AI services to generate images, voice, and scripts. The output of these systems can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. EpicScene is a tool — the editorial judgment is yours.
Free plan: 3 videos at no cost.
Pro plan: $19/month (monthly) or $190/year (annual), billed through Stripe. Includes 20 videos per month with $1.50 per video overage.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits. If you experience a technical failure on our end that prevents you from using the service, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.
EpicScene uses the YouTube API to publish videos on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
You can revoke EpicScene's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We aim to keep EpicScene running reliably but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
You may delete your account at any time. On deletion we will remove your data within 30 days.
EpicScene is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpicScene is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EpicScene. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of EpicScene after changes means you accept the updated terms.
